We have been committed to a holistic approach to sustainable event management since our agency was founded. We do this by integrating environmentally friendly practices into every step of our planning and execution. From venue selection to catering, we place great emphasis on sustainability to ensure that your event is not only successful, but also environmentally friendly, socially responsible and economically viable. We offer full-service participant management, from save-the-date notifications to personal support on site. We place particular value on environmentally friendly options and utilise digital solutions for efficient communication.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sustainable mobility means that your participants organise their journey with as few emissions as possible. We suggest alternatives to your guests and organise on-site transfers, e.g. with electric buses or bicycle taxis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We recommend caterers who prepare their food using sustainable practices and regional, seasonal ingredients. We place great value on environmentally friendly packaging and strive to minimise food waste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We work with service providers who have made energy efficiency a priority and have high sustainability standards themselves. This is also about social sustainability, such as taking occupational health and safety into account or paying employees fairly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Furniture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We make sure that the furniture for your event does not have to be specially produced, if possible. Rental furniture providers or the use of recycled materials and environmentally friendly production methods are prioritised and selected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Printed materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our printed materials are printed on environmentally friendly paper that has either been recycled or sourced from sustainably managed forests. We also use digital alternatives to reduce paper consumption.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We make sure that your event is accessible to everyone and that everyone feels welcome. Because diversity starts with accessibility.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We offer to offset the unavoidable CO2<\/sub> emissions of your event: Calculation of the emissions caused and suggestions for certified compensation projects. In any case, our principle always applies: avoidance comes before compensation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability at greenstorming<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our agency has been committed to acting as sustainably as possible since it was founded – not only with our projects, but also internally. From the very beginning, our sustainability strategy has not been a separate idea, but part of our overall corporate strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some years now, we have had our own sustainability standards externally certified. At Sustainable Meetings Berlin, for example, we are certified as a leader in the highest category with a comprehensive sustainability management system and even achieved 94% in 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have also been reporting our sustainability activities in accordance with the German Sustainability Code (DNK) since 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
